The core filter is made of SS304, SS316, stainless steel with coating and other three materials, which can withstand weathering, strong acids and alkalis, high temperatures, solvents and other chemicals. The surface and internal treatment methods of the core filter are sandblasting, ordinary polishing, and food-grade polishing. After polishing, the surface can be free of impurities and avoid secondary pollution of the liquid.

The core filter is designed with two structures: side in and side out and side in and bottom out. Single or multiple filter elements are installed inside. The liquid is filtered from the outside to the inside under pressure. The filtered liquid flows from the inside of the filter element support frame to the outlet. The upper end of the filter is designed with a pressure plate structure, which adopts spring and screw compression methods to ensure that the contact surface between the filter element and the cover plate is flat.
